Terrible Company to work for promise full time work then give you one or two shifts max . Also they make you go self employed then once you invoice them you have to wait over 6 weeks for first pay check .which is completely wrong . Impossible to contact someone to rectify issues not good at all

The worst management i have ever worked under. Clear and in the open favouritism of individuals. Best part is all jobs are self employed so no one really listens or cares to do anything about it. Reported a guard for sleeping on the job in Peterborough site twice. I got labelled as trouble maker 😆

Long hours, travelling etc and definitely a lotto depending on the site you work on (some really good, some bad but that's not their fault) but that's the security industry. Still had good moments working for contract security, one of the better security companies to work for.

The most awful company to work for, they don’t trust the most honest people they employ and then when you want to leave, they don’t pay the money they owe you. I did get my money eventually because I went to a solicitor but it was the most horrible experience working for them. Don’t believe any good reviews

Very bad company always owed your money not pay on time when contacted they not bother to answer your call and emails. Stay away

working for Contract security for over 3 years and personal opinion of the company is defiantly a close nit company the office support for the 3 years has been great and able me to work around personal issue while giving the extra hours when i needed them operations is always available for support and advice and help. (FOR THOSE THAT GIVE BAD REVIEWS SHOULD CHECK THEIR WORK ETHOS BECAUSE I HAVE WORKED IN THE OFFICE FOR A SHORT TIME AND FOR GUARDS CANCELLING SHIFTS LAST MINUTE AND BLOWING OUT WITHOUT INFORMING CONTROL OR OFFICE AND WONDER WHY YOU GET NO WORK FOR YOUR UNRELIABILITY ) Recommend this company to anyone thats willing to put in the hours

Do not work for Contract Security. If you are already working with them and want to leave then do not give them notice. When you get your pay then tell them you are leaving. OTHERWISE they will take half of your pay in the name of TRAINING ETC. A rubbish company, they are not interested to reply you or solve your work related problems. You are just a number for them... They also lie and cheating their clients. SO CLIENTS MUST stay away from them. I worked for them from the past 12 years and now when I am leaving they paid me half of my wages and they deducted half in the name of trainings. SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND CONTRACT SECURITY FOR BOTH GUARDS AND CLIENTS. STAY AWAY FROM THAT COMPANY.
